Custodian of the Two Hoy Mosques receives Khatami

Al-Janadriya, outskirts of Riyadh city, May 13, SPA -- The Custodian
of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud received
at his ranch at Al-Janadriya on the outskirts of the city of Riyadh
this evening Iran's former President Mohammed Khatami who is visiting
the Kingdom to participate in the 27th session of the World
Understanding Council which concluded its deliberations in Rabegh
Province earlier today.

During the meeting, Khatami conveyed to the king the greetings of the
spiritual leader of the Iranian Islamic Revolution Ali Khamnae'. In
turn, the monarch sent his greetings to him. They also exchanged
cordial talks on a number of matters of mutual interest.

The audience was attended by Prince Miqren bin Abdulaziz, Chief of
General Intelligence.
