Moscow, Amman support Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity

Moscow, SANA-Russian Foreign Minister, Sergey Lavrov and his Jordanian counterpart, Ayman al-Safadi, affirmed their countries’ support to Syria’s sovereignty, territorial integrity and solving the crisis in the country through political means. “The two ministers exchanged viewpoints about topics put on the regional and international agendas, giving special importance to the situation in Syria,” A statement by Russian Foreign Ministry said on Monday. The statement added that the two sides stressed Moscow and Amman support to a swift settlement for the crisis in Syria in light of Security council resolution 2254.
