Bahrain deplores Houthi militia’s attempted ballistic missile, drone attacks on Saudi Arabia

Manama, Sept. 23 (BNA): The Kingdom of Bahrain has condemned the terrorist Houthi militia’s launch of a ballistic missile towards the city of Jazan and three drones towards the brotherly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In a statement, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs considered the attacks as cowardly terrorist acts that reflect Houthi’s continued insistence on targeting Saudi territories, praising the vigilance and efficiency of the Saudi air defences and their resolute response to the ballistic missile and drones before reaching their goals, as well their efforts to thwart the Houthi attacks and criminal schemes. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs affirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain stands shoulder to shoulder with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in confronting the attacks of the terrorist Houthi militia, reiterating support for all the deterrent measures the kingdom takes to ensure its security and stability. It also called on the international community to unite and intensify efforts to defeat terrorism and condemn such terrorist acts that threaten the security of the entire region.
