NSSA participates in 8th International Space Conference and Exhibition

Manama, Sept. 25 (BNA): The National Space Science Agency (NSSA) participated in the eighth International Space Conference and Exhibition (ISCE), held from September 13 to October 4, under the theme “Building New Space in India”, More than 2,000 participants from 66 organisations, as well as over 65 scientists and keynote speakers in the space sector from 32 countries are taking part in the conference. Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Mohamed E. Al-Aseeri, and Technical Advisor, Dr. Mohamed Jasim Al-Othman, represented NSSA at the international scientific event. Commenting, Dr. Aseeri said that he had held meetings with the representatives of space agencies and high-level space institutions, adding that the conference provided platforms to exchange points of views and discuss visions on the future of the space sector. The International Space Conference and Exhibition is organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry, in association with the Indian Space Research Organisation. Australian Space Agency participated in the organisation of the event, while the Netherlands participated as the guest county to review its experience in the field of space.
