HH Shaikh Nasser attends Expo 2020 Dubai opening

Abu Dhabi, Sep.30 (BNA): Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa expressed Bahrain’s keenness to take part in the Expo 2020 Dubai. He paid tribute to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa for his royal directives, supported by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, He underscored the importance of the Kingdom’s participation which, he said, contributes to promoting Bahrain and achieve globally and achieving the 2030 Economic Vision. HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa made the statement as he took part in the official opening of the Expo 2020 Dubai, which attracted 192 countries worldwide. He said that the mega event reflects the far-sighted vision of the UAE President HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, and His Highness Shaikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces and Dubai Crown Prince HH Shaikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum. He said that the Expo 2020 Dubai reflects the ability of peoples in the region to contribute to global development and progress, hailing the success stories accomplished by the United Arab Emirates. HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa stressed the importance of benefiting from science, technology and innovation, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain, and all other participating countries success.
