BACA President receives Pakistani Ambassador

Manama, Oct. 6 (BNA): President of the Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (BACA) Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa received Pakistani Ambassador Muhammad Ayub. The meeting discussed ways to enhance cultural cooperation between the two countries. Shaikha Mai said that Bahrain always seeks to enhance cultural communication with various countries, pointing out to the strong Bahraini-Pakistan cultural relations. They discussed coordination to celebrate the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Bahrain and Pakistan, to organize a program during the upcoming Spring of Culture. The ambassador presented a copy of the golden jubilee logo for relations between the two countries. He affirmed that Bahrain and Pakistan enjoy strong historical relations, extending his thanks to BACA’s efforts to enhance cultural communication.
