HRH the Deputy King receives the Speaker of the National Assembly of the State of Kuwait

Manama, Oct. 21 (BNA): The Deputy King, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, today received the Speaker of the National Assembly of the State of Kuwait, HE Marzouq Ali Al Ghanim, at Riffa Palace. His Royal Highness highlighted the strength of historic relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the State of Kuwait, stressing the importance of continuing to support bilateral cooperation to achieve common goals. His Royal Highness welcomed HE Al Ghanim to the Kingdom of Bahrain and noted the importance of exchanging best practices and expertise between the two countries and their people. For his part, the Speaker of the National Assembly expressed his gratitude for the opportunity to meet His Royal Highness, noting HRH's commitment to further supporting and strengthening Bahrain-Kuwait relations. The Speaker of the Council of Representatives, HE Fawzia bint Abdullah Zainal, Chairman of the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club High Committee, His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Highness Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, and the Minister of Finance and National Economy, HE Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa also attended the meeting.
