MALAYSIAN PM TO VISIT CHINA

PUTRAJAYA, May 18 (Bernama) -- Prime Minister Najib Razak will make an
official visit to China at the end of this month, Foreign Minister Anifah Aman
said Monday.

Anifah said apart from strengthening bilateral relations between the two
countries, the visit would also mark the 35th anniversary of Malaysia-China
relations.

He said that during the visit, the Prime Minister would also discuss
bilateral trade between both countries.

"The exact dates will be announced later," he told reporters.

Earlier, Anifah received 15 journalists from China who were here ahead of
Najib's visit to the republic.
