HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister meets the UK Minister of State for the Middle East and North Africa

London, Nov. 2 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today met with the Minister for Middle East and North Africa at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, The Rt Hon James Cleverly MP, on the sidelines of the 26th United Nations Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26), held in Glasgow, Scotland. His Royal Highness highlighted the strength of the historic Bahrain-UK ties that continue to be bolstered by joint cooperation and coordination in many areas of international importance. His Royal Highness emphasised the Kingdom’s commitment to joining international efforts aimed at enhancing environmental security in cooperation with UN and other multilateral organizations. Regional and international issues of common interest were also discussed at the meeting.
