Civil Defense urges citizens and expats to leave Al-Eiss

Riyadh, May 19, SPA -- Following a report by the National Center for
Earthquakes and Volcanoes, an affiliate of the Saudi Geological
Survey authority, indicating the occurrence of a remarkable volcanic
activity this evening at Al-Eiss center, the Civil Defense authority
today urged citizens and expatriates to peacefully leave Al-Eiss
center for a temporary shelter camp prior to transporting them to
Almadinah Almunawarah, the nearest urban center.

In a statement, the Civil Defense also requested citizens and
expatriates based in Al-Eiss center to keep away from dangerous
places and follow the instructions and guidelines issued by the Civil
Defense and concerned authorities in such cases.
