Doha, November 29 (QNA) - The former Omani football star, Imad Al Hosani, has nominated Qatar national team to win the title of the tenth edition of the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021, which begins in Doha on Tuesday, amid great anticipation from football fans in the Arab world. Al Hosani, who is considered one of the most prominent scorers in the history of Gulf football, said that the Qatari team has a very good group of players, and a distinguished technical staff which has been stable with the team for years, and this was one of the reasons for the success of Qatari football in recent years, where the greatest achievements was wining of the Asian Cup 2019. Al Hosani added, in press statements, that the Qatari team plays among its fans with great aspirations to win the title, and it is the closest and most capable of qualification at the top of the first group, after becoming experienced in the matches. Al Hosani confirmed that his country team has the technical capabilities that enable it to qualify from this group with the Qatar national team, pointing out that this depends on the Omani team continuing to the good levels it appeared in the Asian qualifiers for the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022, especially its match against Japan and Saudi Arabia.
