HM King receives Royal Family Council members

Manama, Dec. 16 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa received, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, the members of the Royal Family Council, at the Al-Sakhir Palace today. Members of the council extended deepest congratulations and good wishes to HM the King on the kingdom’s National Days, in commemoration of the establishment of the modern Bahraini State as an Arab and Muslim state, founded by Ahmed Al Fateh in 1783, and the anniversary of His Majesty the King’s Accession to the Throne, expressing pride in the innumerable achievements attained by Bahrain and its people in all fields, as well as in the distinguished international status it is enjoying thanks to HM the King’s wise leadership and sound approach. They lauded the tremendous efforts exerted by HM the King to enhance the kingdom’s relations with brotherly and friendly countries, as well as to promote its honourable stances at various global gatherings and consolidate its leading role Arab and international levels, praying to Allah the Almighty to guide HM the King on the right path, and to bless him with abundant health, happiness and long life so as to continue the progress march currently witnessed by the kingdom during his prosperous era. HM King Hamad welcomed those present, and exchanged with them congratulations and good wishes on the cherished national occasions, expressing thanks and appreciation to them for their noble patriotic sentiments, and supplications. HM the King affirmed that Bahrain is on the track towards attaining more landmark achievements in order to enhance its progress and ensure a brighter future.
