Bahrain Ambassador to Moscow meets with Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs

Moscow, Dec. 18 (BNA): Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the Russian Federation, Ahmed Abdulrahman Al-Saati, met with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and Special Envoy of the Russian President to the Middle East and Africa, Mikhail Bogdanov. During the meeting, Bogdanov extended sincere congratulations of the Russian Federation to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and the people of Bahrain on the occasion of the Kingdom’s celebration of its National Days, in commemoration of the establishment of the modern Bahraini State as an Arab and Muslim state founded by Ahmed Al Fateh in 1783, and the anniversary of His Majesty the King's Accession to the Throne. For his part, the ambassador expressed deep thanks to Bogdanov for his congratulations, stressing Bahrain's pride in the distinguished friendly relations with Russia, and their development at all levels. Both sides discussed ways to promote distinguished relations between the two countries in various fields, in addition to a number of issues of common interest.
