Nasser bin Hamad congratulates HRH Crown Prince and Prime Minister on successful launch of "Light 1"

Manama, Dec. 21 (BNA): Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, congratulated His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, on the successful launch of the first Bahraini-Emirati satellite “Light 1”. HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa described the achievement as the result of the interest and follow-up of HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister. He stressed that launching the joint satellite reflects Bahrain’s keenness to contribute to exploring the space.
