HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister congratulated by the Bahrain Ambassador to Washington

Manama, Dec. 23 (BNA): His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, today received a cable of congratulations from the Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United States of America, HE Shaikh Abdullah bin Rashid Al Khalifa, following the successful launch of the first Bahraini-Emirati nanosatellite, “Light-1”, and its reaching the international space station. The ambassador attributed the historical achievement to the royal directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, noting HRH the Crown Prince and Prime Minister's commitment to supporting Bahraini youth potentials in modern scientific fields. HE also lauded the contributions and role of the National Security Advisor, Royal Guard Commander, and Secretary-General of the Supreme Defence Council, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa and his support to the National Space Science Agency.
