Rashid Equestrian Club holds season's 13th race

Manama, Jan. 7 (BNA): Under the patronage of the Chairman of the High Committee of the Rashid Equestrian and Horse Racing Club (REHEC), His Highness Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the REHRC today held the 13th race of the 2021-2022 season at its racecourse in Raffa. The eight-round race was held over the cups of HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa and HH Shaikh Mohammed bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, as well as those of their sons, HH Shaikh Hamad bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, HH Shaikh Abdulla bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, HH Shaikh Salman bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa and HH Shaikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa. Attended by Their Highness shaikhs and equestrian sport fans, the race was also held over the cups of the “Al-Adiyat Racing” and “Wasmiya” stables. On behalf of HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Deputy Chairman of REHRC High Committee, HH Shaikh Salman bin Mohammed bin Isa Al Khalifa, presented the trophies of the first and second rounds to Abdulla Fawzi Nass, the third round to winning trainer Jaber Ramadhan, the fourth round to winning trainer Allen Smith, the fifth round to winning owner, Kulbir Sohi, seventh round to Shaikh Ali bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa and the eighth round to HH Shaikh Sultanuddin bin Mohammed bin Salman Al Khalifa.
