Qatar Volleyball Association Sets League Second Round Date

Doha, January 17 (QNA) - Qatar Volleyball Association announced that next Sunday will be the date for the start of the second-round matches of the Qatar League for the 2021-2022 sports season. The remaining matches will be included when clubs' external participation is clear, especially since Al Rayyan will participate in the Arab Championship in February in Tunisia. Al Rayyan team, the leader in the competition schedule, begins the second-round matches by facing Al Shamal, while Police SC will play Al Gharafa. In an official statement today, Qatar Volleyball Association stressed the observance of health precautions issued by the federation, the Qatar Olympic Committee or the Ministry of Youth, in order to preserve the safety of everyone. Entry into the playing area will be limited to players, technical and administrative staff, and workers accompanying teams only who have received two doses of the vaccine or who undergo a weekly medical examination.
