QNB Stars League Week 15: Umm Salal Beat Al Gharafa 3-1

Doha, January 18 (QNA) - Umm Salal achieved a precious victory over Al Gharafa 3-1 in the fifteenth round of the Qatari League for the 2021/22 sports season, at Thani Bin Jassim Stadium in Al Gharafa Club. The match was exciting, as Umm Salal presented a distinguished level in front of Al Gharafa, which played for more than seventy minutes with ten players, after Algerian Sofiane Hani was red carded in 19th minute. Abdul Rahman Al Rashidi 39th minute, Adel Alawi 58th minute and Ayman Hussein 69th minute from a penalty kick, scored for Umm Salal, while Sheikh Diabati scored Al Gharafa's only goal in 29th minute. With this win, Umm Salal raised its score to 22 points in sixth place, while Al Gharafa froze in fourth place with 23 points. (QNA)
