NSSA participates in OECD forum

Manama, Mar. 1 (BNA): Bahrain's National Space Science Agency (NSSA) participated in the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) forum under the theme "Economic Drivers, Environmental Impacts and Policy Options". NSSA’s CEO Dr. Mohamed Ebrahim Al Aseeri said that the forum presented the results of scientific studies and their most important recommendations regarding plastic, which has become a real concern for the environment, the health and safety of animals and marine creatures. It also discussed markets for recycled plastics, technological innovations in the plastics industry, legislative measures and international cooperation to reduce plastic pollution.
