Qatar University Organizes Alumni Reunion 2022

Doha, March 02 (QNA) - Qatar University organized today its annual Alumni Reunion 2022 in a event attended by a number of guests of honor, senior officials from the university and outside, in addition to faculty and staff members, and university of Qatar's male and female graduates over the past years. The event hosted HE Minister of Social Development and Family Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al Misnad. The Alumni Reunion included several parts, most notably, screening of a documentary film on the distinguished march of the Alumni Club and Association during 20 years of giving. Speaking to Qatar News Agency (QNA), the President of Qatar University Dr. Hassan Rashid Al-Derham said that Qatar University has sought to activate the role of the Alumni Association to play its role and its effective contribution to the service of graduates and society, especially since the university graduated a large number of students, amounting to more than 50,000 students, providing the labor market in the country with graduates. He added that the aim of this ceremony is to effectively communicate with our graduates and to restore bonds of relations with their colleagues, professors and the administrative staff at the university.
