Shura Council Chairman praises Bahrain-Morocco ties

Rabat, Mar.4 (BNA): Shura Council Chairman Ali bin Saleh Al Saleh held a session of talks with Speaker of the Moroccan House of Representatives Rachid Talbi El Alami. The meeting was on the sidelines of the 11th conference of the League of Senates and Shura Councils in Africa and the Arab World, being held in Rabat, the Kingdom of Morocco. The meeting was also attended by Services Committee chairperson Dr. Jehad Abdulla Al Fadhel and Human Rights Committee Chair Ahmed Mahdi Al Haddad. Al Saleh hailed both countries’ keenness on strengthening fraternal relations and expanding joint coordination and cooperation across all fields. He noted efforts to coordinate stances regarding key issues at regional and international parliamentary platforms, commending honourable Moroccan stances in support of Bahrain, Arab and Islamic causes. Dr. El Alami lauded solid bilateral relations and keenness to enhance trade, economic, tourism and cultural ties, commended the successes of Bahrain’s parliamentary diplomacy.
