Doha, March 14 (QNA) - Al Duhail team qualified to the final match of HH the Amir Football Cup Championship after defeating Al Sadd (the defending champion) 3-2 in the match that brought them together today, at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium in Al Sadd Club in the semi-finals of the competition. Al Duhail owes the victory to Tunisian Ferjani Sassi, who managed to score on two occasions (8 and 80), and Kenyan Michael Olunga in the 44th minute, while Ghanaian international Andre Ayew scored Al Sadds first goal in the 34th minute, Algerian Baghdad Bounedjah added Al Sadd's second goal at the 90th minute. With this result, Al Duhail, who inflicted Al Sadd's first loss after 49 matches, advanced to the final to set up a date with Al Gharafa in the confrontation hosted by Khalifa International Stadium next Friday.
