QBSF Holds Regular General Meeting

Doha, March 17 (QNA) - The Qatar Billiards and Snooker Federation (QBSF) held the ordinary general assembly meeting, which witnessed many important topics on the agenda, most notably the Federation's activities and external participation during the new sports season 2022. QBSF President Mohamed Al Ramzani, noted during the meeting the Federations serious efforts to achieve its goals thanks to all players, coaches, and administrators, in addition to the efforts of Qatar in caring for sports, pointing out that the federation has worked during the last period to support and develop the billiards and snooker sports and enhance their achievements on all levels. The meeting also discussed what has been accomplished during the 2021 season and what the Federation aspires to in the new season to increase tournaments that serve billiards and snooker and achieve its goal in creating a new generation and talents that will be able to join the teams of the age groups and represent Qatar in various international entitlements. The minutes of the previous General Assembly meeting were also ratified, and the Board of Directors report on its work for the year ending 2021, and the programs and work plans for the current season 2022 was reviewed as well as the unanimous approval of all attendees to adopt the Statute of the Federation.
