QNB Stars League Announces Awards for February, March 2022

Doha, March 26 (QNA) - Edmilson Junior of Al Duhail has been named as the QNB Stars League's Best Player for the months of February and March, 2022. The highly-skilled and technically-sound Edmilson scored three goals and gave eight assists from six matches, in Weeks 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 and 22 of the 2021-2022 season QNB Stars League. He spent a total of 493 minutes on the pitch. He played a key role for his team as Al Duhail finished as runners-up behind Al Sadd with 47 points (14 victories, five draws and three defeats). The technical analysis of Edmilson released by STATS, the official statistics and figures provider for the QNB Stars League, showed he scored all three of his goals from inside the box. During the period, Abdulrasheed played six matches and scored three goals, with a total of 383 minutes on the pitch. He played a key role in the matches he played as The Brigadiers finished in the seventh position with 25 points (five victories, 10 draws and seven defeats). The technical analysis showed he scored all three of his goals from inside the box. Abdulrasheed is considered as one of the most prominent young players in Al Ahli and Qatar football in general.
