Qatar's Chief of Staff Meets US Defence Secretary

Tampa, April 02 (QNA) - HE Chief of Staff of Qatar Armed Forces Staff Lieutenant General (Pilot) HE Salem bin Hamad bin Aqeel Al Nabit met separately, on the sidelines of inauguration ceremony of the Commander of the US Central Command, with HE US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin, HE Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff of the United States Army General Mark Alexander Milley, HE Commander of the US Central Command General Michael E Kurill, HE Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff in Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan Major general Yousef Huneiti, in addition to a number of military commanders. During the meetings, they discussed issues of common interest, and reviewed relations of cooperation and ways to enhance and develop them. The meetings were attended by a number of senior officers from the Qatari Armed Forces.(QNA)
