University Graduates Volunteer to Revolutionary Battle Sites and Mountainous Schools

Pyongyang, April 3 (KCNA) -- Graduates of universities of education and a teachers training college in South Hamgyong Province volunteered to work at the revolutionary battle sites in the area of Mt Paektu and schools in remote mountain villages. They included those from Sinpho Kim Hyong Gwon University of Technology and Education, Hamhung University of Education and Hamhung Choe Hui Suk Teachers Training College. At the congratulatory meeting in which Ri Jong Nam, chief secretary of the South Hamgyong Provincial Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea, officials concerned and youth and students took part, the volunteer certificates were awarded to them and congratulatory and oath-taking speeches were made. Officials and youth and students of the province and the universities and college sent them off. -0-
