Al Sadd Sports Director to QNA: "Our Aspirations are Great to Win Third Asian Title"

Dammam, April 07 (QNA) - Al Sadd Sports Director Mohamed Ghulam Al Balushi, and head of the delegation participating in the AFC Champions League competitions hosted by Saudi Arabia until April 27, confirmed Al Sadd's determination to go far in the Asian competition, hoping to win the third title. Al Balushi indicated, in an exclusive statement to Qatar News Agency (QNA) today, that Al-Sadd is looking for its third title in the competition when it competes in the fifth group for the West Continent region, saying, that Al Sadd ambitions are great, and is looking for recalling the memories in this tournament after winning the title on two occasions, adding that Al Sadd represents a great value in Asia because of its permanent presence in the tournament, and hope to achieve the aspirations of its fans, and reach the highest levels so that the club can win the title after an absence of about 11 years. He pointed out that the team is going through a phase of stability and a positive atmosphere, in addition to having international players, which makes it one of the most prominent candidates to win the title, noting that all players have a great determination to continue victories after winning the QNB Stars League title recently. Al Sadd Sports Director concluded his statements to (QNA) by emphasizing the difficulty of the Asian championship competitions, as the road towards the title does not seem easy at all, which motivates the players and makes them focus equally on all the matches to achieve their goal.
