Bahraini Ambassador to UK attends podium of Speaker of British House of Commons

London, May 26 (BNA): The Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the United Kingdom, Shaikh Fawaz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, attended the podium of the Speaker of the British House of Commons, Lindsay Hoyle, during which he listened to the responses and discussions of the British Prime Minister, Boris Johnson, in front of the Parliament, and learned about the general policy of the government. The Bahraini ambassador expressed his appreciation and pride in attending this parliamentary session, and his meeting with a number of members of the House of Commons at the luncheon hosted in his honor by the Chairman of the Bahraini-British Parliamentary Friendship Group, Representative Bob Stewart. He stressed the Kingdom of Bahrain’s keenness to enhance diplomatic and parliamentary cooperation with the United Kingdom, promote bilateral partnership, and achieve common interests.
