Bahrain congratulates Somali President on his inauguration

Mogadishu, Jun 9 (BNA): Commissioned by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Muscat-based Bahrain’s Ambassador to Somalia Dr. Juma bin Ahmed Al Kaabi, participated in the inauguration of President Hassan Sheikh Mohamud of Somalia. The ceremony was held today at the Somali Air Force base inside Mogadishu Airport, with the participation of wide Arab, regional and international official delegations. Dr. Kaabi conveyed the greetings and congratulations of His Majesty the King, and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, President Mohamud. wishing him continued success in a manner that fulfills the aspirations of the brotherly Somali people for more security, progress and prosperity. He stressed Bahrain’s keenness to consolidate cooperation with Somalia, in a way that achieves both countries’ common interests and supports Somalia's efforts to consolidate its national unity and civil peace, combat extremism and terrorism, and promoted the process of development.
