Finance Minister praises Bahrain-Egyptian growing cooperation

Manama, Jun 29 (BNA): Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al-Khalifa hailed strong fraternal ties binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Egyp, led by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. He noted common destiny and unwavering stances and common goals, highlighting the support of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al-Khalifa and Egyptian Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly to bolstering bilateral relations and expanding cooperation. The Finance and National Economy Minister made the statement as he signed with Egyptian Foreign Minister Sameh Soukry an agreement establishing a joint committee for economic, scientific and technological cooperation, on the sidelines of President El-Sisi’s visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain. “The agreement aims to identify the most important common directions and priorities in the field of trade, economic, scientific and technological cooperation in a manner that consolidates prospects for joint work, tTrade, economic, scientific and technological cooperation”, he said.
