Oil Minister receives Israeli Ambassador

Manama, July 21 (BNA): Climate Affairs Special Envoy (SCE), Oil and Environment Minister Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Bin Daina received Israeli Ambassador to Bahrain Eitan Na’eh. The meeting discussed cooperation in the fields of oil and environment. The minister affirmed the Kingdom’s keenness to enhance cooperation with regional countries in the field of sustainable energy production and environmental preservation. He stressed that unifying regional efforts enhances the achievement of sustainable development goals and contributes to reducing climate and environmental challenges. The ambassador noted the importance of strengthening cooperation in environmental, climate, sustainable energy fields, and oil and environmental initiatives that serve bilateral accomplishments to achieve sustainable development goals.
