CATHAY PACIFIC INTRODUCES "MANAGE MY BOOKING" SERVICE
KUALA LUMPUR, June 1 (Bernama) -- Passengers of Cathay Pacific now can
manage their own travel itineraries with the launch of the airline's latest
online service called "Manage My Booking".
The new function on the Cathay Pacific website enables all passengers to
retrieve the most updated flight status and edit their personal information
previously only available to the Marco Polo Club and Asia Miles members, it said
in a statement Monday.
"We encourage all passengers flying with us to get the latest update on
their flight status through 'Manage My Booking' before departing for the airport
to help them enjoy a seamless travel experience," said the airline's e-business
manager Lawrence Fong.
"We will progressively introduce more self-services such as managing special
services requests and seat reservation later this year," he said.
Cathay Pacific has introduced a series of online services over the past few
years, including online booking, downloadable timetables, online check-in, self
check-in kiosks at the airport, a self-print boarding pass facility and mobile
check-in.
