HEC Secretary-General receives Singapore ambassador-designate

Manama, Aug. 11 (BNA): Secretary-General of the Higher Education Council (HEC) and the Vice Chairperson of its Board of Trustees Shaikha Dr. Rana bint Isa bin Daij Al Khalifa received the Ambassador-Designate of Singapore to Bahrain, residing in Riydh, Wong Chow Ming. The Secretary-General affirmed Bahrain’s keenness to enhance cooperation with Singapore in the fields of higher education, scientific and academic expertise, which contributes to supporting Bahrain's development process and benefits both countries and its peoples. The ambassador lauded HEC's efforts in promoting higher education and providing the necessary for successful investment in higher education in the Kingdom, wishing the Secretary-General every success.
