Shura Council voices solidarity with Saudi Arabia

Manama, Aug. 13 (BNA): The Shura Council backed the measures taken by the Saudi authorities to maintain their country’s security and stability and protect citizens and residents. In a statement today, the Shura Council reiterated firm solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in combating all attempts to subvert its development. It commended the high competence of the Saudi security agencies, hailing their dedication and alertness in defending their country’s security and stability. It lauded the efforts of the Saudi security authorities which sought to arrest a wanted man who detonated an explosive belt and injured an expatriate and three servicemen, The statement reiterated Bahrain’s unwavering stance and solidarity with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, wishing the injured a quick recovery. The Shura Council also wished the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia further security, stability and prosperity under its wise leadership.
