NIHR President receives French, Italian Ambassadors

Manama, Aug. 24 (BNA): National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR)'s President Ali Ahmed Al Derazi received French Ambassador to Bahrain Jerome Cochard and Italian Ambassador to Bahrain Paola Amadi. Al Derazi discussed issues related to the human rights situation in Bahrain and NIHR’s role in strengthening cooperation with the two parties. He stressed exchanging experience in the human rights fields and to achieve common goals. The ambassadors valued the effective role of the institution in protecting human rights and its endeavors to promote a human rights culture in Bahrain.
