BOOK ON MALAYSIAN PM'S SPEECHES PUBLISHED BY MPH BOOKSTORE

KUALA LUMPUR, June 3 (Bernama) -- "Moving Ahead", a book comprising selected speeches by Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak has been published by MPH Group Publishing in conjunction with his visit to China and the 35th anniversary of Malaysia-China diplomatic ties.

The 250-page book, which is also available in Mandarin entitled 'Xiang Qian
Mai Jin', includes Najib's speeches on 1Malaysia concept and his outline of
the path which the nation would take.

"Moving Ahead" also highlighted Najib's aspiration to serve the country and
his dynamic policies towards East Asia, with special focus on the relationship
between Malaysia and China, said MPH in a statement issued here Tuesday.

It said the book explained Najib's "intention to draw talented people across
the nation regardless of their position or background, to revive a passion to
serve the country and sow the seeds of goodwill and understanding in every
corner of this land so that we will continue to harvest the fruits of progress
and prosperity for all Malaysians."

"He makes known to all Malaysians that these are hard times, but he remains
focused on providing a strong leadership to lead us out of this economic crisis
and unleash our full potential as a nation," it said.

"Moving Ahead" is available at all major outlets and is retailed at RM25.
