Industry Minister highlights FTA importance with US

Manama, Aug. 28 (BNA): Industry and Commerce Minister Zayed R. Alzayani received US Ambassador to Bahrain, Steven C Bondy. The Ministry Undersecretary Eman Ahmed Al Doseri, was present. The minister stressed the depth of Bahraini-American relations, highlighting the importance of the role of the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) signed by both sides to strengthen the economic and commercial relations. Alzayani noted the great role played by the private sector in both countries to benefit from the FTA, expanding the base of cooperation between them in all fields. The meeting reviewed topics of mutual interest.
