Bahrain calls for de-escalation and dialogue in Iraq

Manama, Aug. 30 (BNA): The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain has expressed deep concern over the developments in the political and security situation in the Republic of Iraq. In a statement, the ministry called on all parties to de-escalate, exercise restraint, prioritise national interest, and actively participate in a comprehensive and inclusive national dialogue in a way that meets the aspirations of the brotherly Iraqi people.
