HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad restructures 2024 School Games Executive Committee

Manama, Oct. 8(BNA): His Highness Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa, SCYS First Deputy Chairman, GSA Chairman and BOC President, issued an edict restructuring the executive committee undertaking preparations for the School Games, which will be held in Bahrain in 2024. Chaired by Ishaq Abdulla Ishaq, the committee features as members Shaikh Ahmed bin Abdulrahman bin Salman Al Khalifa (Deputy Chairman), Mahmoud Abdulsamad, Mariam Ahmed Tourani, Sabah Abdulkhaliq Al Sabah, Dr. Nader Mogammed Jammali, Mohammed Salman Habibm Humood Abdulla Al Jeeb, Hassan Abdullatif, Ibrahim Aref Al Oraifi, Al Wanas Maden, Anood Mohammed Bulahyul, Ahmed Farid Al Rayyes, Mohammed Tariq Kamal, Abdulla Waheeb Al Khaja, Abdulla Adnan Al Ansari, Ahmed Abduljalil Al Kooheji, Zeinab Al Nasheet, representatives of the Ministries of Interior and Health and Fajr Jassim Hassan Mohammed (Rapporteur). The Executive Committee is tasked with supervising all the necessary procedures to prepare for the organization of the school games that the Kingdom will host in 2024. It will study the appropriate budget to finance all the requirements of hosting and the necessary media coverage for it, as well as coordination with all governmental and non-governmental agencies concerned with organizing the tournament inside and outside Bahrain, and submit periodic reports to HH Shaikh Khalid bin Hamad Al Khalifa and the General Sports Authority.
