Finance Minister highlights Bahrain-US strategic partnership

Manama, Dec.11 (BNA): Finance and National Economy Minister Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa today received US Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Bureau of East Asian and Pacific Affairs, Dr. Jung Pak and Deputy Assistant for the Bureau of Near Eastern Affair Chris Backemeyer and the accompanying delegation. The US Ambassador to the Kingdom of Bahrain Steven C. Bondy has also attended the meeting. The minister highlighted strategic partnership binding the Kingdom of Bahrain and the USA across all fields, particularly the financial economic sectors, stressing keenness on further expanding cooperation to serve common interests.
