NIHR President receives British delegation

Manama, Jan. 18 (BNA): National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR)'s President Ali Ahmed Al Derazi received human rights Advisor Harriet Ware-Austin and Acting Deputy Head of Human Rights and Social Justice at Sheffield Hallam University, Chris Riley. Al Derazi briefed them on institution’s role in promoting the human rights through training and educational programs in cooperation with educational institutions and civil society organizations. The meeting discussed coordination by setting up a joint mechanism to promote human rights.
