RHF Secretary-General receives Turkish ambassador

Manama, Jan. 24 (BNA): Secretary-General of the Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF), Dr. Mustafa Al-Sayed, received here today the Turkish Ambassador to Bahrain, Esen Çakıl. Dr. Al-Sayed lauded the good relations between the two countries’ leaderships and peoples, commending the ambassador’s efforts to strengthen bilateral ties across various fields. He briefed the envoy about the RHF’s services, and the number of orphans and widows sponsored by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the RHF’s Honorary President. He also highlighted the projects implemented by the RHF, based on the directives of HM the King, the support of the government, led by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, and the leadership of HM the King’s Representative for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs, His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa. The ambassador praised HM King Hamad’s interest in humanitarian work and keenness to support the needy in various countries, commending HH Shaikh Nasser’s efforts in this regard. She praised the Kingdom’s support for Turkey on various occasions, citing Bahrain’s relief aid during the earthquake that struck her country years ago.
