Foreign Minister meets Bulgarian counterpart

Geneva, Mar.1 (BNA): Foreign Minister Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani today met his Bulgarian counterpart Nikolay Milkov on the sidelines of of his participation in the High Level Segment - 52nd regular session of the Human Rights Council.

During the meeting, they reviewed the existing friendship relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the Republic of Bulgaria and ways to further joint cooperation in various fields. Human rights issues of common concern were also discussed.

The meeting was attended by Bahrain’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations in Geneva, Dr. Abdulkarim Bucheeri, Foreign Ministry Director General Ambassador Talal Abdulsalam Al Ansari and the accompanying delegation.
