Tourism Minister receives Omani counterpart

Manama, Mar. 4 (BNA): Minister of Tourism, Fatima bin Jafafar Al-Sairafi, said that the kingdom welcomes all tourists who are visiting it to attend the F1 Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix 2023, and the events and programmes held on its sidelines.

The minister was speaking while receiving Oman’s Minister of Heritage and Tourism, Salim Mohammed Al Mahrouqi, and his accompanying delegation, who are on a visit to the kingdom at the invitation of the Tourism Ministry to attend the opening race of the 2023 F1 season, hosted by Bahrain.

The minister discussed with her Omani counterpart tourism cooperation between the two countries, as part of the memorandum of understanding signed between them in this field, affirming the depth of the fraternal bilateral relations and the advanced level they have reached across various fields.

She wished the Omani delegation a happy stay in the kingdom, highlighting Bahrain’s keenness to prepare an integrated programme for visitors who are going to attend the F1 Gulf Air Bahrain GP 2023.
