RHF receives Excellence Prize in Orphan Care 2023

Manama, Mar. 4 (BNA): The Royal Humanitarian Foundation (RHF) won the international Excellence Prize in Orphan Care 2023.
 
RHF Board of Trustees member Dr. Hassan Kamal received the award on behalf of RHF during the honoring ceremony which was held as part of the Fourth International Conference on Orphan Care 2023 which was held under the honorary patronage of Supreme Council for Health (SCH) President, Lieutenant-General Dr. Shaikh Mohammed bin Abdullah Al Khalifa.
 
Attended by Health Ministry Undersecretary Dr. Waleed bin Khalifa Al Menaa, the event was organized by the Regional Network for Social Responsibility in cooperation with the Global Center for Sustainable Development, under the auspices of Her Royal Highness Princess Al Jawhara Bint Ibrahim Al Ibrahim Chair for Building Human Capacity in Orphan Care Institutions in Arab Countries.
 
RHF Secretary General Dr. Mustafa Sayed praised the achievement which adds to the foundation’s track-record of accomplishments in the humanitarian field. He affirmed that the award is the result of the care and support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the RHF Honorary President, who established the foundation to provide help and support to the orphans and widows.
 
Dr. Sayed underscored the foundation’s keenness to continue providing optimum services to all its affiliates, under the chairmanship of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Representative of His Majesty the King for Humanitarian Work and Youth Affairs.
