President al-Assad issues legislative decree granting special exemptions to those affected by earthquake

Damascus, SANA- President Bashar al-Assad issued on Sunday legislative decree no. (3) for the year 2023 granting special exemptions to those affected by the earthquake.

The exemptions include taxes, financial fees, service allowances, local costs, and licensing fees for total or partial reconstruction work or total or partial rehabilitation of their facilities, shops, homes, and buildings till 31/12/2024.
