Bahrain-IAEA constructive cooperation highlighted

Manama, May9 (BNA): Head of the Strategic Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ambassador Nancy Jamal received a delegation of experts from the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), on visit to Bahrain to discuss current and future technical projects and the Kingdom’s upcoming five-year plan.

Ambassador Jamal commended constructive joint cooperation in various fields, including current technical projects and strategic initiatives.

She noted the the achievements as part of joint cooperation, , which laid solid foundations for the next version of the framework of the country program for the Kingdom of Bahrain (2024 -2029).

She stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation, praising the efforts of all government institutions and their keenness to actively participate and contribute to take advantage of the opportunities provided by the Agency, which aim to exchange information, develop national cadres and build specialized expertise.

The IAEA delegation commended joint cooperation across all areas, wishing the Kingdom of Bahrain continued prosperity and prosperity.
