Afro-Asian Affairs Chief, Bhutanese Bilateral Affairs Department Chief discuss cooperation

Manama, June 7 (BNA): Ambassador Fatima Abdullah Fares Al Dhaen, Chief of Afro-Asian Affairs at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs met with Pema Tshomo, Head of Division of Bilateral Affairs Department at Bhutan’s Foreign Affairs Ministry.

On the sidelines of her participation in the country visit to review the implementation of the United Nations Convention against Corruption by the Kingdom of Bhutan in the Bhutanese capital, Timbo.

Al Dhaen discussed ways to advance bilateral relations between the two countries.

Tshomo highlighted Bahrain's role in the United Nations (UN) and emphasized the importance of these meetings in enhancing cooperation.
