Bahrain’s Ambassador to Belgium meets EU Parliament MP
Brussels, July 8 (BNA): Bahrain’s Ambassador to Belgium Abdulla bin Faisal bin Jabr Al Dosari met MP David McAllister, Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the European Parliament, at the EU Parliament headquarters in Brussels, Belgium.
The ambassador commended growing diplomatic and parliamentary ties between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the European Union, stressing the importance of such meetings to further bolster joint cooperation.
He noted MP David McAllister’s visit to Bahrain last year, highlighting the Kingdom’s success in hosting the 146th session of the Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU).
MP David McAllister also commended his visit to the Kingdom of Bahrain, noting his meeting with the Representative Council Speaker, lawmakers and officials. Regional and international developments were also discussed.
