The meeting held Wednesday at the ministry building focused on enhancing cooperation and exchanging expertise, especially in the area of pharmaceutical industries.
The two sides also discussed forming joint technical committees to follow up on the medical cooperation and strengthening the medical tourism.
Al-Ghobash attached great importance to developing mutual health relation mainly in terms of drug registration and exporting it to the Iraqi the pharmaceutical market.
Al Hujaimi noted to the need of boosting cooperation in all spheres of health and taking advantage from the Syrian medical specialties such as emergency-medicine.
